On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court, dated March 31, 2011, as, upon the Court's own motion, granted the appellant leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered August 24, 2010, is recalled and vacated.
The appellant has failed to file a pro se supplemental brief although afforded sufficient opportunity to do so.
