Motion by respondent for an extension of time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Richmond County, rendered June 15, 2018.

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and respondent's brief is deemed served and filed; and it is further,
