On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the August 3, 2015 order of the Court of Appeals is considered. We DIRECT the Isabella County Prosecuting Attorney to answer the application for leave to appeal within 28 days after the date of this order. The prosecutor's answer should address the defendant's argument under People v Lloyd, 284 Mich App 703, 705 (2009), and MCR 6.429.

The application for leave to appeal remains pending.
