ORDER

By order of June 3, 2022, the application for leave to appeal the December 16, 2021 judgment of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in People v Guyton (Docket No. 163700). On order of the Court, the case having been decided on July 18, 2023, 511 Mich. 291 (2023), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed by this Court.
