Judgment of conviction of the Court of Special Sessions reversed and new trial ordered, on the ground that the guilt of the defendant was not established beyond a reasonable doubt. Woodward, Jenks and Thomas, JJ., concurred; Hirschberg, P.J., and Rich, J., dissented.
