DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for order directing pro hac vice admission of Matthew S. Hellman, Esq., an attorney admitted in the District of Columbia, pursuant to section 520.1 (a) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Matthew S. Hellman, Esq., is admitted pro hac vice for the purpose of representing defendant upon the motion.
