People v. Land

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Jun 12, 1967
28 A.D.2d 695 (N.Y. App. Div. 1967)

Opinion

June 12, 1967

Judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered November 12, 1965, affirmed. While it was improper for the prosecutor, in cross-examining appellant's witness Farmer, to refer to a youthful offender adjudication as a "crime", we think the error was insubstantial (Code Crim. Pro., § 542). Rabin, Acting P.J., Hopkins, Benjamin, Munder and Nolan, JJ., concur.
