Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for an order to properly assemble appeal record and for further relief is denied, without costs, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals taken by notices of appeal dated September 29, 2015 and November 4, 2016 shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint brief. The appeal taken by notice of appeal dated November 4, 2016 may be perfected upon the original papers filed in the office of the county clerk, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to March 27, 2017.
