Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered May 1, 2012, which appeal was determined by decision and order of this court dated April 6, 2016 (appeal No. 2012-1081 N CR), and on a separate appeal from a judgment of conviction of the same court rendered April 28, 2014 (appeal No. 2014-1069 N CR) for an order directing that the decisions on these appeals not be furnished to the New York State Law Reporting Bureau and for related relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeals are consolidated for the purposes of disposition of appellant's motion; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied.
