On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 1, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered November 22, 2010, is amended by deleting from the tenth decretal paragraph thereof the address "2715 Coney Island Avenue - 2nd Floor, Brooklyn, N.Y. 11235" and substituting therefor the address "11821 Queens Blvd., Ste 504, Forest Hills, N.Y. 11375-7207."
