DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered January 23, 2019. Motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before March 25, 2022; and it is further, ORDERED that the appellant shall file the supplemental brief, by mail, and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
