People v. Krasowski

Appellate Term of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Sep 21, 2004
2004 N.Y. Slip Op. 51053 (N.Y. App. Term 2004)

Opinion

2003-554 SCR.

Decided September 21, 2004.

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the District Court, Suffolk County (S. Behar, J.), rendered March 11, 2003, convicting him, upon his plea of guilty, of driving while intoxicated (Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1192) and imposing sentence.

Judgment of conviction unanimously affirmed.

PRESENT: McCABE, P.J., COVELLO and TANENBAUM, JJ.

Upon a review of the record, we are of the opinion that the sentence imposed upon defendant's plea of guilty to driving while intoxicated (Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1192) was neither harsh nor excessive ( see People v. Suitte, 90 AD2d 80).
