DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of East Fishkill, Dutchess County, rendered May 19, 2015. This court has been advised that the judge who presided at the trial is unable to settle the record due to a disability.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the settlement of the record, including the return on the affidavit of errors, shall be prepared by another judge of the Justice Court of the Town of East Fishkill (see Rules of the App Term, 9th & 10th Jud Dists [22 NYCRR § 732.1 [b] [1]).
