ORDER
In lieu of granting the application for leave to appeal, and under MCR 7.205(E)(2), the November 29, 2022 judgment of sentence is VACATED, and the matter is REMANDED to the Oakland Circuit Court for resentencing. Defendant is entitled to a sentence based on accurate information. People v Francisco, 474 Mich. 82, 88; 711 N.W.2d 44 (2006).
The motion to remand is DISMISSED as MOOT.
This order has immediate effect. MCR 7.215(F)(2). The Court does not retain jurisdiction.
