An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about March 20, 2015, And defendant-appellant having moved, through assigned counsel, for an order summarily reversing the aforementioned order or, in the alternative, remitting the matter to Supreme Court, Bronx County, for a reconstruction hearing, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of remanding this case to the Supreme Court, Bronx County, for a reconstruction hearing, and is otherwise denied.
