An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about March 16, 2017, And The Legal Aid Society, Bronx Defenders and Brooklyn Defender Services, having moved for leave to file a brief amici curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of deeming the 6 copies of the proposed amici curiae brief submitted with the moving papers herein as filed.
