Motion by the appellant for leave to dispense with printing on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered December 14, 2011, and for a copy of the typewritten transcripts of the stenographic minutes, without charge.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth the amount and source of counsel fees paid to retained counsel.
