Appeal from Superior Court, Marin County; Edward I. Butler, Judge.

Eminent domain proceeding by the People, acting by and through the Department of Public Works, against Mathilde Klopstock, the Northwestern Pacific Railroad Company, the City Bank Farmers Trust Company, Bert Elerding, and others. From so much of the judgment as awarded the entire compensation to defendants railroad company and trust company and declared defendant Elerding not entitled to participate in the award, he appeals.

Affirmed.
