Accordingly, the judgments of conviction are reversed, the information charging defendant with resisting arrest is dismissed, the felony complaint charging defendant with grand larceny in the fourth degree is reinstated, and the matter is remitted to the Justice Court for all further proceedings on the felony complaint.
