DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal, to remove appeal from the January 2018 term of the Court and for further relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to January 2, 2018, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to remove the appeal from the January 2018 term of the Court and for further relief is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeal is removed from the January 2018 term of the Court and is set down for the March 2018 term of the Court. The brief of the People shall be filed and served on or before February 16, 2018. The reply brief, if any, shall be filed and served on or before March 5, 2018.
