ORDER

Pursuant to MCR 7.205(E)(2), in lieu of granting the application for leave to appeal, the matter is REMANDED for reconsideration of defendant's jail credit in light of People v Erick Rosean Allen, ___ Mich. ___; ___ N.W.2d ___ (2021) (Docket No. 160594). In all other respects, leave to appeal is DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds presented.

This order is to have immediate effect. MCR 7.215(F)(2). We do not retain jurisdiction.
