Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Weber, J.), rendered June 25, 1999, convicting him of scheming to defraud in the first degree, grand larceny in the third degree, and conspiracy in the fourth degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see, Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738; People v. Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631; cf., People v. Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606).
