THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. ROGER A. KINGDOLLAR, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken from an order of the Genesee County Court, dated January 23, 2019, and entered February 4, 2019,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeal shall be perfected on or before November 13, 2020, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
