On order of the Chief Justice, the motion of defendant-appellant to extend the time for filing its supplemental brief and for permission to file a late transcript is GRANTED. The supplemental brief will be accepted as timely filed if submitted within 21 days of the transcript of the May 1, 2018 hearing being filed.
