THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. MICHAEL KING, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Respondent having moved for an extension of the time to file and serve a brief in response to the pro se supplemental brief on the appeal taken from a judgment of Onondaga County Court, rendered April 16, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of James P. Maxwell, Esq. dated May 31, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affidavit of Michael King sworn to June 13, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time to file and serve a brief in response to the pro se supplemental brief is extended to July 21, 2016, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to file and serve a pro se reply brief is extended to August 5, 2016.
