PRESENT:

Appellant having applied for permission to proceed as a poor person and having moved for a writ of error coram nobis vacating the order of this Court entered November 9, 2018 affirming a judgment (denominated order) of Supreme Court, Erie County, entered January 19, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application for permission to proceed as a poor person is dismissed as unnecessary, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion for a writ of error coram nobis is denied.
