Application by the defendant pursuant to CPL 530.45 to be released on his own recognizance or, in the alternative, to set bail after his convictions of grand larceny in the third degree and scheme to defraud in the first degree under indictment no. 2784/2018, and attempted grand larceny in the second degree under indictment no. 870/2019, upon pleas of guilty, on October 7, 2022. On January 17, 2023, the Supreme Court, Queens County, remanded the defendant on indictment no. 2784/2018, and set bail in the amount of $1.00 on indictment no. 870/2019, pending the imposition of sentence.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is denied.
