Summary Dispositions April 2, 1996:

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the case is remanded to the Court of Appeals for decision on the issue regarding the appropriateness of the trial court's proposed preliminary instructions. MCR 7.302(F)(1). The Court of Appeals is directed to give expedited consideration to this case. On the Supreme Court's own motion, all further proceedings in the circuit court are to be stayed until decision by the Court of Appeals on the issue remanded by this order or the further order of the Court of Appeals. Jurisdiction is not retained.
