ORDER
Douglas B. Shapiro, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to permit out-of-state attorney Anwesha Banerjee to appear and practice on behalf of defendant-appellant Tyrone Kennedy is GRANTED for this appeal only, effective on the date of the Clerk's certification of this order. However, Imran J. Syed (P75415) will appear as counsel of record for this party. MCR 8.126(A).
