People of Michigan v. Joeviair Alize Kennedy

LC No. 2016-001696-FC

Jane E. Markey Presiding Judge Mark T. Boonstra Christopher P. Yates Judges

ORDER

The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.

The delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED. The motion to correct invalid sentence was properly denied because defendant could only seek relief from his sentence under the procedure set forth in subchapter 6.500. MCR 6.429(B)(4). This order does not preclude defendant from raising any arguments regarding the scoring of the offense variables in a motion for relief from judgment.
