Summary Disposition June 21, 1996:

The Supreme Court having remanded the matter to the Court of Appeals and that Court having agreed on remand that the defendant's conviction and sentence should be affirmed for the reasons given in the March 20, 1996, amplification order on remand of the Court of Appeals, and in lieu of granting leave to appeal, the Court of Appeals November 27, 1995, order, is vacated, and the defendant's conviction and sentence is affirmed.
