CRIMINAL PROCEDURE, § 374 — accomplice testimony subject to suspicion. In a case charging conspiracy to obstruct justice by corrupting a juror, an instruction which advised the jury that the testimony of an accomplice was liable to grave suspicion and that they should always act upon such testimony with great care and caution, and subject it to careful examination in the light of all the other evidence in the case, duly advised the jury as to the rule in such cases.
