Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Kevin M. Kelly sworn to December 19, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 24, 2013 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date August 23, 2013 and inserting in place thereof the date February 14, 2014.
