People v. Kearse

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Oct 25, 1982
90 A.D.2d 554 (N.Y. App. Div. 1982)

Opinion

October 25, 1982

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Deeley, J.), rendered June 12, 1979, convicting him of attempted robbery in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. We have reviewed the record and agree with assigned counsel that there are no meritorious grounds which could be raised on this appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738; People v. Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631; cf. People v. Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606). Mollen, P.J., Lazer, Mangano and Brown, JJ., concur.
