Appellant having moved to consolidate appeals taken from the judgments of Monroe County Court, rendered June 2, 2015, and the order of Monroe County Court, entered August 19, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Catherine H. Josh, Esq. dated October 27, 2017, the notice of said motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgments rendered June 2, 2015, and the order of Monroe County Court, entered August 19, 2016 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
