Appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, First District (Vito M. DeStefano, J.), rendered February 15, 2007. The judgment convicted defendant, upon her plea of guilty, of criminal contempt in the second degree.

Judgment of conviction affirmed.

PRESENT: McCABE, J.P., TANENBAUM and MOLIA, JJ.


We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted ( see Anders v California, 386 US 738; People v Paige, 54 AD2d 631).

McCabe, J.P., Tanenbaum and Molia, JJ., concur.
