Motion by appellant pro se on an appeal from judgments of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Greenburgh, Westchester County, rendered January 17, 2013, to strike the brief filed by appellant's assigned counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic in view of the determination on the appeal (see appeal No. 2013-301 W CR, decided simultaneously herewith).
