LC No. 2006-010011-FH

Amy Ronayne Krause Presiding Judge Kathleen Jansen Thomas C. Cameron Judges

ORDER

The Court orders that the motion for reconsideration is DENIED. Contrary to the indication of the motion appellant did not file an application for leave to appeal to initiate this Court of Appeals file. Rather, he filed a claim of appeal. The claim of appeal was properly dismissed because the June 8, 2022 order appealed from is not a final order appealable of right. MCR 7.202(6)(b); MCR 7.203(A). We note that, pursuant to MCR 7.205(A)(4)(b), appellant may file a delayed application for leave to appeal the June 8, 2022 order within 21 days after the date of this order.
