People v. Judson. 06PDJ017. July 11, 2006. Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Respondent Timothy J. Judson (Attorney Registration No. 17550) from the practice of law for a period of one-year and one-day; with six-months served, and six-months and one-day stayed upon the successful completion of a three-year period of probation, with conditions, effective August 11, 2006. On October 26, 2005, Respondent pled guilty to unlawful sexual contact in violation of C.R.S. § 18-3-404, a Class 1 misdemeanor, and was sentenced to four-years probation. Respondent's misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 8.4(b). The PDJ approved this stipulation after holding a hearing and receiving supplemental documentation with regard to Respondent's psychological prognosis.
