Appeals having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about February 14, 2017, and from a judgment of resentence, same Court, rendered on or about November 14, 2018, And defendant-appellant having moved for an extension of time in which to perfect said appeals or, in the alternative, to deem the appeals timely perfected, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time in which to perfect the appeals to the June 2022 Term of this Court.
