Appeals having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about February 14, 2017, and from a judgment of resentence, same Court, rendered on or about November 14, 2018, and said appeals having been consolidated and perfected, And Janet E. Sabel, Esq., The Legal Aid Society, as assigned counsel for defendant, having moved for an order withdrawing the brief filed by defendant's prior counsel, and removing the perfected appeal from this Court's calendar, Now, upon reading and filing the papers submitted with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, defendant's prior counsel's brief is deemed withdrawn, and the appeal is adjourned to the December 2021 Term of this Court to allow assigned counsel to file a new brief.
