People v. Jordan

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Oct 26, 1998
254 A.D.2d 501 (N.Y. App. Div. 1998)

Opinion

October 26, 1998

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Queens County (Griffin, J.).

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant's contention on appeal, testimony against him by an accomplice was sufficiently corroborated by, inter alia, testimony from an eyewitness/victim to sustain his conviction ( see, People v. Williams, 226 A.D.2d 752, 753).

We have considered the defendant's remaining contention and find it to be without merit.

Ritter, J. P., Thompson, Pizzuto and McGinity, JJ., concur.
