ORDER
The motion to waive time limit of MCR 7.211(C)(5)(b) is GRANTED.
The motion to withdraw is DENIED for reason that the appeal is not wholly frivolous. Counsel for defendant-appellant shall have 35 days from the Clerk's certification of this order within which to file a brief in support of the application for leave to appeal addressing the following:
WHETHER THE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS FOUND IN THE MICHIGAN'S SEX OFFENDERS REGISTRATION ACT (SORA), MCL 28.721 ET SEQ., ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
