ORDER
On reconsideration pursuant to the April 4, 2023 order of the Michigan Supreme Court, we VACATE the part of the September 4, 2019 order of this Court that dismissed the application for leave to appeal.
The application for leave to appeal is DENIED because defendant has failed to establish that the trial court committed an error requiring reversal in denying the motion for relief from judgment. See People v Powell, 303 Mich.App. 271, 279 n 1; 842 N.W.2d 538 (2013).
Letica, J., would vote to grant the application for leave to appeal.
