DECISION & ORDER
Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from a resentence of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Deborah Stevens Modica, J.), imposed October 22, 2020, after remittitur from this Court for resentencing (see People v. Jones, 181 A.D.3d 714, 117 N.Y.S.3d 600 ), on the ground that the resentence was excessive.
ORDERED that the resentence is affirmed.
Contrary to the defendant's contention, the resentence imposed was not excessive (see People v. Suitte, 90 A.D.2d 80, 455 N.Y.S.2d 675 ).
