The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Anthony Jones, Defendant-Appellant.


Appeals having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about August 1, 1988, and from a judgment of resentence, same Court, rendered on or about April 17, 2006, and an order of this Court having been entered on April 30, 2009 (M-4028), denying defendant-appellant's application for corum nobis relief,And, defendant-appellant having moved, in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis, for a review of his claim of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that said application is denied.
