ORDER
On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the June 23, 2022 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered. We direct the Clerk to schedule oral argument on the application. MCR 7.305(H)(1). The parties shall file supplemental briefs in accordance with MCR 7.312(E), addressing whether the Court of Appeals erred by affirming the assignment of 10 points to Offense Variable 3, MCL 777.33 for prophylactic treatment following a sexual assault, and in particular whether the holding in People v Barnes, 332 Mich.App. 494, 500 (2020), lv den 507 Mich. 893 (2021), conflicts with the holding in People v Rosa, 322 Mich.App. 726, lv den 502 Mich. 904 (2018).
The Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan and the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan are invited to file briefs amicus curiae. Other persons or groups interested in the determination of the issue presented in this case may move the Court for permission to file briefs amicus curiae.
