In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the case is remanded to the Wayne Circuit Court for recalculation of the defendant's credit for time served in jail. MCR 7.302 (F)(1). The defendant's application for leave to appeal with respect to all other issures on appeal is denied. Court of Appeals No. 239327.
