People v. Johnson

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Jul 22, 1985
112 A.D.2d 382 (N.Y. App. Div. 1985)

Opinion

July 22, 1985

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Kings County (Vinik, J.).

Judgment affirmed.

Defendant's statements to the police were properly admitted ( Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436; People v. Johnson, 91 A.D.2d 327, affd 61 N.Y.2d 932). We have examined all of defendant's other contentions, and find them to be without merit. Mollen, P.J., Mangano, O'Connor and Weinstein, JJ., concur.
