AND DENYING PETITION FOR

REHEARING

[NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT]

THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on September 30, 2011, be modified as follows:

1. On page 6, in the second full paragraph, the word "transcripts" is changed to "audio recordings" so the phrase reads:

At the close of evidence, the parties stipulated to several agreements, including to the admission into evidence of various school records of minor and the victim, the audio recordings of witness statements to the investigating officers, . . .

There is no change in the judgment. Appellant's Petition for Rehearing filed October 18, 2011 is denied.
